HAJ PILGRIMS SOCIAL WORKERS GROUP Mumbai is the Oldest NGO in India providing Guidance, Assistance & Training to the Indian Pilgrims departing for Haj e Baitullah. We work in co-ordination with the Haj Committee of India.

Our Trained members assist and help the pilgrims from filling of the Hajj application form, training them for Haj, helping them during their stay at embarkation points and assisting them during departure and arrival. Founded in the year 1960, Our founder members were also instrumental in collecting donations from the public for the construction of the New Haj House at Palton Road, Mumbai.

For the past 50 odd years, Our group associates also provide FREE accommodation to Indian Hajees in Mumbai, having facilities in Karnataka Baitul Hujjaj Trust, Tamilnad Haj Service Society and Hanfi House. Our members and our executive committee consist of persons from almost all the Indian states and sects of Muslims of India. These Men & Women, have been working tirelessly, selflessly & passionately since the time when Mumbai was the only embarkation center for the Hajees from India.

Besides the Haj committee, the Airport and the Sea port, our legacy of service & sacrifice has won us laurels in India and abroad. Our group and group members have been bestowed with many honors and many of our members have been Haj Committee and State Haj Committee members.
